Welcome to Sorto. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sorto mobile application and web application (collectively, "the App"), operated by Ananta ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Sorto Is

Sorto is a social dare-and-performance platform where users can post dares, perform dares, create performer posts, and earn Sorto Coins.

The App is designed for entertainment and creative expression. It is not a gambling service.

2. Eligibility

To use Sorto, you must be at least 13 years old. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Sorto Coins, initiate withdrawals, or participate in any financial transactions.

3. Sorto Coins & Financial Terms

3.1 Purchasing & Using Coins

Sorto Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively within the App. 1 Sorto Coin = ₹1 INR in base value.

3.2 Platform Fee

A 20% platform fee is deducted from the bounty when a dare is settled. The performer receives 80% of the posted bounty.

3.3 Withdrawals

You can withdraw earned coins as real currency (INR) to your UPI ID. Minimum withdrawal: 100 Sorto Coins (₹100).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to post dangerous dares, illegal content, harmful content, or commit fraud. You are solely responsible for your own safety when performing dares.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it. The Sorto brand and UI are property of Ananta.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Data is permanently deleted after a 90-day grace period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ananta is not liable for any indirect damages or injuries resulting from performing a dare. Use the App at your own risk.
